WOMAD – THE SELL OUT FESTIVAL OF THE SUMMER

“The festival has always been a huge success. The crowds have been fantastic and with the fabulous weather, WOMAD New Zealand 2005 was the place to be.” that was the year it kicked off. Taranaki won the right to host the most wonderful event of the year.

The event features almost 100's of performers from Many different countries delivering musical styles from folk to hip hop, classical to reggae beats, gospel to ska and everything in between, plus dance and visual arts.
