And to finish the day, the sun is going down, hop into the car and wrap your hands around the famous Taranaki Fish & chips Like Dianna Mackinlay and Jim Wingate is doing, one thing is for sure it may be the middle of winter, but surf and ski you can in one day, in the fabulous Taranaki province.
